Maria's Kitchen began as a dream to bring authentic Mexican flavors from our hometown of Guadalajara to the heart of Phoenix. What started as a small family operation has grown into one of the most beloved Mexican restaurants in the valley.
Every dish on our menu is prepared using recipes passed down through three generations of the Rodriguez family. We source the freshest ingredients daily and prepare everything from scratch – from our handmade tortillas to our signature mole sauce that simmers for hours.
